  • Companies, Agencies agrees to handle candidate data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws when using the platform’s services.

5. Fees And Payments

  • The Company & Users / Artist agrees to pay all applicable fees and charges incurred through its use of the platform’s services and Products 
  • DPJ Hub may charge fees for certain services, such as posting jobs or accessing premium features. and Its Products which are used for promotion of an artist or a any entites 

6. Content Ownership and Use

  • By submitting content to the platform, users grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
  • Hiring Company / Agencies agrees to handle candidate data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws when using the platform’s services.                                   
  • Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the platform (e.g., job postings, resumes, profiles).

7. Prohibited Activities

  • The company / Users / Artist  agrees not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities on the platform
  • The company must not discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics, such as race, gender, religion, or disability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • DPJ Hub makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or services provided on the platform. But We will Take  maximum measures to avoid Fraud Activities. You can also report us.
  • The company / Users / Artists  acknowledges that they  uses the platform at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The DPJ Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services.

10. Termination

  • Dpj Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate the company’s account or User Account if it violates these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the  Dpj Hub
